ALPS DELIZIA, hergestellt von der traditionsreichen Rösterei Alps Coffee, die 1890 in Südtirol gegründet wurde, ist eine Mischung aus 70 % Arabica (aus Mittelamerika, Südamerika und Afrika) und 30 % Robusta (aus Südasien). Die dunkle Röstung reduziert die Säure auf ein sehr niedriges Niveau und verleiht dem Kaffee ein intensives und kräftiges Profil. Die fruchtigen Noten der Arabica-Bohnen verbinden sich harmonisch mit der natürlichen Würze der Robusta-Bohnen und schaffen ein ausgewogenes Zusammenspiel von fruchtiger Süße und aromatischer Schärfe. Durch das langsame Trommelröstverfahren können sich die Aromen vollständig entwickeln, was zu einer reichen, vollmundigen, harmonischen und lang anhaltenden Tasse führt.

ALPS DELIZIA, produced by the historic Alps Coffee roastery founded in 1890 in South Tyrol, is a blend composed of 70% Arabica (sourced from Central America, South America, and Africa) and 30% Robusta (from South Asia). The dark roast significantly reduces acidity, giving the coffee an intense and bold profile. The fruity notes typical of Arabica blend seamlessly with the natural spiciness of the Robusta beans, creating a balanced interplay of fruity sweetness and aromatic spiciness. Thanks to the slow drum roasting process, the aromas develop fully, resulting in a cup that is rich, full-bodied, harmonious, and long-lasting.
